The South Carolina Lowcountry rivers have some of the richest marine fossil beds in the world. This area is world-renowned for the enormous fossilized shark teeth found by divers, some of which are as large as your hand and date back millions of years!!
Cooper River fossil hunting excursions for groups of 6-12 divers can be scheduled through us with Trident Charters, Inc. (October – April) We have over 30 years of experience on the river and we always take divers to the best sites. We can also arrange river charters for you (May -September).
